We want your stay here exceptional and we appreciate your choosing our facility for your group stay.
Quiet Hours observed are 10 PM – 8 AM
Bunkhouse Lodge at Live Oaks is a family-friendly place. No disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. No loud or offensive language, profanity, indecency, nudity, inappropriate clothing, destruction of property or plants, intoxication or illegal drugs, or inappropriate displays of affection in common areas. No images, symbols, or signage generally considered offensive or threatening. No protesting, soliciting, proselytizing, surveying, or distributing of handbills or flyers. Management may remove and revoke usage privileges of Guests who Management deems, in its sole discretion, to have violated Bunkhouse Lodge rules.

Operating Hours
Bunkhouse Lodge at Live Oaks has daily hours of operation that are seasonal.
Our pro shop hours during peak season 7 am until sunset and provide bar, beverages, snacks and personal overnight items.
Check in time is 4 pm and Checkout time is 11:00 am.

Use of Bunkhouse Lodge
- No Guest shall use the Bunkhouse Lodge for any purpose other than for the purpose of overnight accommodations for groups.
- Items in kitchen should only be used in kitchen and for its clearly designed purpose and leave generally cleaned and trash disposed of in dumpster at checkout.
- Use of the Bunkhouse Lodge must not unreasonably interfere with or detract from other Guests’ enjoyment of the Golf Club, Roosevelts Restaurant or The Reed House.
- A manager on call is provided overnight and outdoor security cameras are maintained. All external doors lock behind guests so all guests are responsible to keeping up with card access and returning cards at time of departure.
- No smoking or vaping allowed inside any buildings or inside courtyard.
- Septic issues must be obeyed and damages or a fine can be assessed if not.
- Pets are not allowed. All Service Animals must provide credentials of tasked trained service and maintained and on leash at all times. Clean up after pet or pet deposit may be required.
